PRECAUTIONS

• Don’t add partial load or overload when using, so as to avoid accidents and damage to parts.
• Please perform regular maintenance to avoid clogging or leakage affecting the use.
• There is more air in the cylinder of the new or long-term used hydraulic jack. At the beginning of use, there may be a slight sudden jump of the piston rod. The hydraulic jack can be repeatedly moved 2-3 times without load to eliminate air. The seals of the jacks that have been idle for a long time will affect the service life of the hydraulic jacks. Therefore, when this product is not applicable, it is recommended to repeat the movement 2-3 times a month without load.

What should I pay attention to?

• Due to the long transportation journey, it is NORMAL for hydraulic products to leak slightly.

• Please tighten the sealing plug when you are not using the hydraulic pump, and seal the joint with a small bag and rubber band to avoid oil leakage.

• When using hydraulic jacks, the bottom should be flat and tough. For safety in use, it is recommended to use oil-free wood, which can enlarge the pressure-bearing surface. In addition, in order to avoid sliding, iron plates CANNOT be used to lift things.

• Please lift heavy objects slightly before use to check whether there is any abnormality. After the inspection, please lift the object steadily. Do not lengthen the handle arbitrarily or operate it excessively.

• When multiple hydraulic jacks are working at the same time, someone should command them to move up and down at the same time. Two adjacent hydraulic jacks need to be supported by wooden blocks to ensure that the gap does not slide.

• When using hydraulic jacks, please always pay attention to the sealing parts and pipe joints, and ensure that they are safe and reliable.

• Hydraulic jacks are NOT suitable for use in places with acids, alkalis or corrosive gases.
