The dies snap quickly into the press fixture requiring no pins or screws.

The pressure of the hydraulic repair tool can not exceed 40MPa, it only uses for aluminum material.

1.Fixed matching mold.

Insert the mold tightly into the slot holes.

2.Connecting the pump head

Connect the pump with the crimping head.

3. Close the hydraulic valve.

Turn the hydraulic valve to the closed position.

4. Close the yoke.

Close the yoke and rotate the tool body clockwise until the mold is snug against the hose joint.

5. Insert the pin.

Insert the pin and secure the handle until you can “close” the top yoke.

6. Crimp the hose.

Press the pump handle onto the hose and continue pumping until the handle stops.

7. Loosen the hydraulic valve.

Turn the hydraulic valve to the open position.

8. After crimping.

Complete crimping and produce factory quality crimping.
