Quick and Easy to Use Crimper Step by Step

1. Cutting the hose

Take the hose and cut to the right length.

2. Insert dies

Select the correct die set and insert the dies into a yoke tightly.

3. Insert the pin

Insert the pin and close the jaw.

4. Turn body clockwise

Turn Body of tool clockwise until dies are snug against hose fitting.

5. Turn valve to work

Turn the hydraulic valve to the “CLOSE” position.

6. Pump the handle

Pump handle to crimp fitting onto hose. Continue pumping until handle comes to a stop.

7. Release the handle

Turn the hydraulic valve to the “OPEN” position.

8. Complete crimping

6 segmented crimping and produces a factory quality crimping.
